A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION TO THE PROMISSORY
NOTE DUE TO THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FROM THE LYNWOOD
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ON JUNE 30 „ 1983 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood authorized execution of a
Promissory Note for $110,000 due and payable to the City of Lynwood
from the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency on June 30, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to extend the due date of the
Promissory Note in order to coincide with maturing Agency investments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby find, determine,
order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That a time extension is hereby approved for
the Promissory Note now due and payable on June 30, 1983 until such
time as an appropriate Lynwood Redevelopment Agency investment matures.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of
JUNE , 1983.
