A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION'THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to obtain the services
of a Planning Consultant to assist in implementation of the Planning
Division projects,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Willdan Associates is
a qualified planning consultant able to provide expertise and assis-
tance to the City of Lynwood,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood here-
by resolves
Section 1 . The Agreement between the City of Lynwood and
Willdan Associates for planning services is hereby approved.
Section 2 . The Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of
JULY , 1983.
