RESOLUTION NO. 83 -102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83 -69A
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83 -69A details City Council benefits; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83 -69A includes a provision for mileage reim-
bursement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has considered and
approved an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Lynwood Amending Ordinance No. 1103, Providing for a Car Allowance for Council
Members ",
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 . Amend Resolution No. 83 -69A to delete the following
under Section 1: "5. Mileage reimbursement at the
rate of .21C /mile for travel and meetings."
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall take effect on the same date
as the ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of the. City
Council of the City of Lynwood Amending Ordinance
No. 1103, Providing for a Car Allowance for Council
Members" becomes effective.
