A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY -FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($195,000.00). ONE HUNDRED THIRTY -THREE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($133,000.00) PROVIDED FROM UPARR FUND AND
SIXTY -TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($62,000.00) FROM HCDA FUND. THESE
FUNDS TO BE USED FOR REHABILITATION PROJECTS AT THE COMMUNITY
CENTER AND NATATORIUM FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has been awarded $133,000.00 from the
Urban Parks and Recreation Recovery program and
WHEREAS, matching funds of $62,000.00 are available from reprogrammed
Block Grand funds and
WHEREAS, these funds are needed to complete rehabilitation projects
at the Community Center and Natatorium and
WHEREAS, Council is desirous of maintaining adequate accounting
procedures,
NOW, THEREFORE, be-.it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorizes
Section 1. The City Council' hereby authorize the City Manager
to make the following appropriations:
FROM
Capital Improvement Fund
Balance $195,000.00
TO
5 -5041 City Park Rehabilitation
#2 $195,000.00
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorize the City Manager
to make the following estimated revenues:
FROM
27 -30516 Local Cash Grants and
Reimbursements $62,000.00
44 -30531 Federal Grants $133,000.00
TO
HCDA Fund Balance $62,000.00
UPARR Fund Balance $133,000.00
Section 3 . .:The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to
make the following transfers:
