A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,500.00)
FROM THE GARAGE FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUR-
CHASING A MOTOR VEHICLE (SEDAN).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did,
on the 2nd day of August 1983, adopt Resolution No. 83 -100,
authorizing Staff to negotiate the purchase price of a motor
vehicle (Sedan);
WHEREAS, an agreed upon purchase price of $6,485.85•has
been negotiated with National Car Rentals at LAX;
WHEREAS, the Cify has determined that the purchase
of the Sedan is cost effective and consistent with City Council
policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make
the following appropriations:

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective im-
mediately upon its adoption.
