(a) Records affecting the title to real property or liens
thereon;
(b) Court records;
(c) Records required to be kept by statute;
(d) Records less than two years old;
(e) The minutes, ordinances, or resolutions of the legislative

SECTION 2 . The consent of the City Attorney has been obtained prior
to the destruction of any.and all City records pursuant to this resolution.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
RELATING TO THE DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has retained certain records which
are no longer required; and
WHEREAS, Government Code.No. 34090 permits the head of a city
department to destroy any City record, document, instrument, after the
same is no longer required;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The records to be destroyed pursuant to this resolution
do not include records, the destruction of which is specifically prohibited
by Government Code s 34090, namely:
SECTION 3 . The City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized
to destroy the following records:
Warrant Copy and, Backups 1976 -1977
Accident-Billings and 1968 -1979
Backups for Uncollectible
Accounts
City of Lynwood Billing 1966 -1978
Copy and Backups,
