A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION 81 -164 TO ESTABLISH
FEES FOR PARKING LOT SALES PURSUANT TO THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Lynwood requires that
certain fees be determined by a resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the amount of
fees to be charged pursuant to the Code of the City of Lynwood for
Parking Lot Sales.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 : The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached to
Resolution 81 -164 and incorporated therein are hereby amended to
establish.as f -eesto be charged pursuant to the indicated provisions
of the Code of the City of Lynwood for Parking Lot Sales.
SECTION 2 : The fees for Parking Lot Sales shall be
$30.00 per day.
SECTION 3 : This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September ,
1983.
