A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD OVERTURNING THE DECISION OF THE PLAN-
NING COMMISSION TO REVOKE THE CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR
BUSINESS AT 3439 CENTURY BOULEVARD, LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, pur-
suant to law, did, on September 20, 1983, hold a public hearing on
the appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to revoke the Con-
ditional Use Permit for the operation of an automotive repair busi-
ness at the subject address in the C -2 Zone;
WHEREAS, the Council has considered all pertinent testi-
mony offered in the case at the public hearing;
WHEREAS, the subject property complies with all condi-
tions of Conditional Use Permit No. 82034, including the off - street
parking requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows.
Section 1 . The decision of the Planning Commission to
revoke Conditional Use Permit No. 82034 should be overturned, as the
subject property complies with all conditions of said permit.
Section 2 . The decision of the Planning Commission to
revoke the Conditional Use Permit for the operation of an auto-
motive repair business at 3439 Century Boulevard is hereby over-
turned.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th days\
September, 1983.
