RESOLUTION NO. 83 -126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE'CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF
RESOLUTION NO. 83 -72 AND ALLOWING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS BETWEEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
ACCOUNTS (FUND 27)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83 -72 prohibits funds transfers
between accounts unless:
1. They are within the same general group of accounts,
2. They are within the same fund; and
3. They do not exceed $10,000; and
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Community,Development
Commission required budgetary modifications that conflict with the
above restrictions; and
WHEREAS, said modifications are pertinent to accurate
accounting and reporting of the City of Lynwood's CDBG activity;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. Community Development Block Grant Fund
accounts (Fund 27 ) are exempt from the prohibitions of Resolution
No. 83 -72.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
October , 1983.
