RESOLUTION NO. 83 -133
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF:'LYNWOOD, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS & NINTY -FOUR CENTS
($850.94) FROM THE TRAFFIC SAFETY FUNDS FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PURCHASING A TYPEWRITER FOR THE STREET
DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
WHEREAS, the FY 1983 -84 approved budget provides for a new
position of Clerk Typist for the Street Division of the Department of
Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the only available typewriter in the City for use
on a full time basis is totally inadequate for high productivity;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1., That the City Manager is authorized to make the
following appropriations:

Traffic Safety Fund Balance $850.94 3- 4407 -3102 MACHINERY AND
EQUIPMENT $850.94
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its a optc� ion.
