A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FORTY -ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
($41,850) FROM JOBS BILL 'PROJECT THREE HUNDRED
EIGHTY -NINE (389) TO JOBS BILL PROJECT THREE
HUNDRED EIGHTY -FOUR (384).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83 -125 was adopted authorizing
the preparation and submittal to Los Angeles County Community
Development Commission of Project Documentation to transfer funds
from Jobs Bill Project 389 to Jobs Bill Project 384, and
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Community Development
Commission has received and approved the aforementioned documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to make the following transfer:
