RESOLUTION NO. 83 -137
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF.LYNWOOD, AUTHORIZING THE APPRO-
PRIATION OF TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY
DOLLARS ($2230.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
FUND BALANCES LISTED HEREIN FOR THE PURCHASE
OF COMMUNICATION RADIOS.
WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of Lynwood did,
on the 4th day of October, adopt Resolution No. 83 -128, authorizing
Staff to negotiate the purchase price of Communication Radios;
WHEREAS, an agreed upon price of $9,792.00 has been
negotiated with General Electric Company;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
purchase of Communications Radios in this manner is cost effective
and consistent with the City Council's policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make
the following appropriations:

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
