A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83 -112 AUTHORIZ-
ING THE ACCEPTANCE OF CALTRANS SERVICE CONTRACT
NO. 07A157 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING THE
SPECIAL 1 -105 CORRIDOR SECURITY PATROL AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted
Resolution No. 83-112 authorizing continuation of a contract with
Caltrans for corridor patrol; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Resolution 83-112 appropriated
$450,000.00 for corridor patrol, but this figure has changed to
$433,500.00:.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to make
the following estimated revenues and
appropriations:
1 -30508 Corridor'
Patrol: $433,500.00
General Fund
Fund Balance:
$433,500.00
General Fund
Fund Balance: $433,500.00

Services: $433,500.00
