A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWO
THOUSAND SEVEN,HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($2,. 730.00)
FROM THE H.C.D.A. FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF CITY
PROSECUTOR SERVICES, AND THE TRANSFER OF SIX
HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND
TO THE H.C.D.A. FUND AS THE CITY'S PORTION OF THE
CITY PROSECUTOR'S SERVICES.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Lynwood finds that re-
taining the services of a City Prosecutor will assist in maintaining the
health and safety of the community; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Lynwood is desirous of
retaining city prosecutor services through the law offices of Martin J.
Mayer; and
WHEREAS, The utilization of said services has contributed to the
success of City code enforcement efforts:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Lynwood does hereby find, determine and order as follows
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make the
following appropriation

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make the
following transfers*

Section 3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately.
