A recreational vehicle ned by anon -resident, guest, or visitor may be parked or occupied by said guest or visitor on property on which a perma- nent dwelling unit is located for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days while visit- ing the resident of said property. The recreational vehicle or-srailoul4a11• must have self-contained sanitary facilities or standard on -site facilities as required by the city building official/sanitarian. Subd. 54. The Zoning Administrator may authorize a ioruperapi-permit for a recreational vehicle rocidontar traitor or cirailoc-pociaWa• unit for temporary resi- dential purposes within the community in conjunction with a home construction project that is underway, provided, how- ever, that a duly authorized and valid building permit cl}all must have been approved by the community building offi- cial for the building being constructed. 44 The term of said temporary period 44.14 may not exceed one hundred twenty (120) days or upon completion of con- struction of the residential home in ques- tion, whichever comes first.
