Don R. Larson, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the publisher or authorized agent and em-
ployee of the publisher of the newspaper known as The South Crow River News and has full knowl-
edge of the facts which are stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a legal
newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331.02, 331.06, and other applicable laws, as amended.

ORDINANCE NO. 250
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 828.21 OF THE MEDINA
CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING'
TO RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
The City Council of the City of Medina
ordains as follows:
Section 1:
Section 282.21 of the Medina City_
Code of Ordinances is amended by delet

Subd. 32.

tural or residential property in compliance
with the following conditions:

currently licensed

side yard no closer than 10 feet to the lot
line-
d) the vehicle must comply with all
aoolicable parking regulations and utilize
only the existing driveway or access point
to the site.
e) the vehicle may not be used for
business purposes: and
f) the vehicle may not be used for living

Subd. 4.2. A recreational vehicle
ned by anon -resident, guest, or visitor
may be parked or occupied by said guest
or visitor on property on which a perma-
nent dwelling unit is located for a period
not to exceed thirty (30) days while visit-
ing the resident of said property. The
recreational vehicle or-srailoul4a11• must
have self-contained sanitary facilities or
standard on -site facilities as required by
the city building official/sanitarian.
Subd. 54. The Zoning Administrator
may authorize a ioruperapi-permit for a
recreational vehicle rocidontar traitor or
cirailoc-pociaWa• unit for temporary resi-
dential purposes within the community in
conjunction with a home construction
project that is underway, provided, how-
ever, that a duly authorized and valid
building permit cl}all must have been
approved by the community building offi-
cial for the building being constructed. 44
The term of said temporary period 44.14
may not exceed one hundred twenty
(120) days or upon completion of con-
struction of the residential home in ques-
tion, whichever comes first. Et+The Zon-
ing Administrator may attach such condi-
tions and obligations to the issuance of
the temporary permit as iL he or she
deems necessary to protect the health,
safety, and general welfare of the citizens
of the community.
Section II: This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City
of Medina this 18 day of December, 1990.
