RESOLUTION NO 83 -147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING EXHIBIT D OF RESOLUTION 83 -71, THE SALARY RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted Resolution No.
83 -71, the salary resolution and salary schedule0 for fiscal year 1983 -84 on June
21, ].983, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has amended Resolution
No. 83 -71 as needed, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit D the special assignment compensation salary schedule
of Resolution No. 83 -71 required retroactive correction due to misspecified rate
for Deputy City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 Amend Resolution No 83 -71 to delete the previous Exhibit D,
Special Assignment Compensation, and to add the "riew" Exhibit
D retroactive to July 3, 1983 the effective date of Resolution
No 83 -71
Section 2 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November ,
1983
