SALES TAX AUDIT SERVICES "THROUGH
HINDERLITER & ASSOCIATES.

WHEREAS, Sales Tax is an integral part of the City's revenue
and
WHEREAS, Robert Hinderliter & Associates can provide a cost -
effective method of monitoring sales tax; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has already approved a Contract
with Robert Hinderliter & Associates for Sales Tax audit services:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorizes the City
Manager to make the following appropriations:
