A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL AS THE REPRESENTATIVES AUTHORIZED TO
ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, The City of Lyn is currently eligible to ac-:--,,-
---quire-federal surplus property; and
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood is required to update its
eligibility from time to time; and
WHEREAS, A Resolution specifying those officials who are
authorized to act as representatives to acquire federal surplus
property is required:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the officials whose names, titles and signa-
tures are listed below shall be, and are hereby, authorized as our
representatives to acquire federal surplus property from the
California State Agency for Surplus Property, under the terms and
conditions listed on the attached form.
