RESOLUTION NO. 83 -156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION
AND POSITION PLAN
WHEREAS, on April 7, 1981 the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted
a revised City of Lynwood Employee Classification and Position Plan and has amended
same as necessary, and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 1983 the City Council of the City of Lynwood amended
the Fire Engineer and Captain classifications to clarify the type of experience re-
quired for these positions; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Engineer appointment or current eligibility requirement
for Fire Captain was inadvertently omitted,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 . Amend the Employee Classification and Position Plan to
revise the special requirements section of the Fire Cap-
tain classification by deleting the attached ':current"
statement and adding the attached "proposed" statement
for Fire Captain effective February 1, 1983.
Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immed- iately upon its
adoption.
