RESOLUTION NO. 83 -160
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE OF THE SALARY
RESOLUTION TO ADJUST PLANNING DIRECTOR RANGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted Res.
No. 83 -71, the salary resolution and salary schedules for fiscal year 1983 -84
on June 21, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the salary schedules have been amended per Memoranda of Under-
standing and /or as needed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined to
adjust the Planning Director salary range from 7M to 8M in line with survey
results and to assist recruitment efforts.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 . That Exhibit B, the management salary schedule, of
the salary resolution is amended by deleting the
attached "old" Exhibit B and adding the attached 'new"
Exhibit B
Section 2 . This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December
