A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DELETING DEVELOPMENT DIVISION MANAGER FROM THE MANAGEMENT
SALARY SCHEDULE AND EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION AND POSITION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has not authorized
funds for a Development Division Manager position; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does not anticipate
allocating funds to a Development Division Manager position in the foreseeable
future; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined to
remove the job title and classification statement for Development Division Manager
from existing City documents,
NON, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine,.order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . Amend the Management Salary Schedule Exhibit B of the
Salary Resolution to delete the title of Development
Division Manager.
Section 2 . Amend the City of Lynwood Employee Classification and
Position Plan to delete the classification statement
for Development Division Manager.
Section 3 .- This resolution shall become offective.Ai ediately -upon _
Its adoption.
