A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81 -164 TO
AUTHORIZE THE SENIOR BUILDING INSPECTOR TO
REDUCE CERTAIN PLAN CHECK FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to have plan check
fees reflect, as accurately as possible, City costs; and
WHEREAS, for certain simple structures, minimal time
is required for plan checking; and
WHEREAS, current plan check fees for certain simple
structures may be excessive,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1 : That the Senior Building Inspector has the
authority to reduce plan check fees for certain simple structures
including car ports, patios and awnings, utilizing ICBO plans
and specifications.
Section 2 : That Resolution No. 81 -164 be amended to
reflect this authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
November 1982.
