RESOLUTION NO. 82 -180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROPRIATING THE REQUIRED
FUNDS FOR ACCIDENT - IDENTIFICATION AND
SURVEILLANCE, CALIFORNIA STATE OFFICE OF
TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) PROJECT NO. 097901,
TO THE 1982 -83 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
continually intends.to improve public safety; and
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1979, the City executed a
professional service contract with JHK and Associates in
connection with the Identification Surveillance and Analysis
of Accident Locations Citywide;
WHEREAS, due to the long delay of the project,
the City has withheld the final payment and loo retention of
said contract in the amount of $3,103.40; and
WHEREAS, said contract is complete and was inadvertently
left out of the 1982 -83 budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood that:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the
City Manager to make the following appropriations:

OTS Unappropriated
Fund Balance 5- 5023 -0023 $3,104
SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of
November 1982.
