RESOLUTION NO 83 -2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING
THE APPROPRIATION OF $100,000 TO
THE TREE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT
NO. 33- 4412 -2202
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
continually intends to improve public safety; and
WHEREAS, an aggressive tree maintenance program
is in the best interests of the community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this
appropriation and its budget implications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the Citv of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorizes
the City Manager to make the following appropriations:
FROM TO AMOUNT
GENERAL FUND 33 -4412 -2202 $100,000
TOTAL $100,000
_ This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
