RESOLUTION NO. LRA 80 -1
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY DESIGNATING THE TREASURER THEREOF.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. LRA 78 -3, the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency amended Section 201 of its By -laws to provide
that - tfie Treasurer of the Agency-shall be appointed by the - Agency-
members; and
WHEREAS, the Agency wishes to appoint Gerard Goedhart
to the office of Treasurer of the Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency hereby
does find, determine, order and resolve that Gerard Goedhart hereby
is appointed to the office of Treasurer of the Lynwood Redevelop-
ment Agency.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 1980.
