RESOLUTION NO. LRA 80 -20
A RESOLUTION OF'THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LOAN
OFFERED BY THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Lynwood, by
Resolution No. 80 -91 approved and adopted September 2, 1980,
has directed that the sum of $110,000.00 be appropriated as a
loan to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency by the establishment of
Lynwood Redevelopment Agency Alameda Project Administrative Fund,
which loan is subject to various terms and conditions set forth
in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency requires funds
with which to meet its administrative and overhead expenses for
the Alameda Project Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency hereby
does resolve as follows:
1. The Agency hereby accepts from the City of Lynwood a
loan in the sum of $110,000.00 to be deposited in the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency Alameda Project Administrative Fund. Said
loan is accepted, and the Agency agrees to repay the same, on
the _terms _ and conditions .set forth. -in -City Council Resolution`
No. 80 -91 .
