A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING ACQUI-
SITION OF CERTAIN TAX DEEDED LAND AND APPROVING
THE EXECUTION OF All AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE SUCH
LAND.
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has determined that certain real

linquent taxes; and )
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has offered this property for sale
to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency is legally entitled to pur-
chase such property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency agrees to purchase Lots 325 and
- 32$— os-- T.r.aC t`= - 1 25'51=fOr the u' `$1j504.7Ij and in addition will assume
the costs of the County of Los Angeles advertising their intent to sell
this property, as well as a postal charge of $4.00; and
2. The Chairman is hereby authorized to execute the agreement to
purchase the above described property.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1980.
