RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SETTING THE DATE OF THE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency (the "Agen-
cy ") has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a Redevelop-
ment Plan Amendment for Redevelopment Project Area A,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Agency hereby sets as the time and place of
the Joint Public Hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan
Amendment for Redevelopment Project Area A and the draft EIR,
the following:
DATE: November 18, 1980
TIME: 7:30 P.M.
PLACE: Council Chambers
City Hall
11330 Bullis Rd.
Lynwood, California 90262
2. The Executive Director in cooperation with the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to give notice of such
public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
AUGUST 1980.
