RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY SUBMITTING THE 1980 AMENDMENT TO
THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROJECT AREA
A AND ITS REPORT THEREON TO THE CITY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency (the "Agen-
cy") has prepared an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Project Area A (the "Redevelopment Plan "); and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared a report as required
by Health` & "Sa'fety Code SEctlon 33352;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 : The Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
for Project Area A, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhi-
bit "A" and incorporated herein is hereby submitted to the City
Council for its review, consideration and adoption.
SECTION 2 : The Report to City Council on the Amend-
ment to the Redevelopment Plan, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein is hereby ap-
proved and submitted to the City Council for its review and
consideration in connection with the approval of the Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this °day of
NOVEM , 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: MEMBERS: BYORK, MORRIS, ROWE, THOMPSON, GREEN.
NOES: NONE.
ABSENT: NONE.

Agency at a regular meeting thereof held

following vote:
