A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
PLANNING GROUP, INC.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency has initiated
its Redevelopment Project Area "A" within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Agency requires assistance in the develop-
ment of up -to -date data sources related to future development
policy direction and preparation of materials for possible pri-
vate funding; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that the Consultant
is qualified by training and experience to perform needed services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Agency enter
into an Agreement with the Planning Group, Inc., a California
corporation, to provide the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency with a
Planning Document /Policy Analysis and a Grant Proposal to the
Local Initiative Support Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman execute the
above mentioned Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day
of January . 1982.
