A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH KATZ,
HOLLIS, COREN AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency needs to insure
sound financial planning to implement the Redevelopment Plans for
Project Area "A" and the Alameda Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency requires the assistance of a qualified
financial consultant 'to develop sound 'financial— plans and- -
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that the Consultant is
qualified by training and experience to perform the needed services;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Agency enter into an
Agreement with Katz, Hollis, Coren and Associates, Inc., a Calif-
ornia Corporation, for financial consulting services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman execute the above
mentioned Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of
February , 1982.
