A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BCL
ASSOCIATES, INC.

WHEREAS, development activity in Redevelopment Project
Areas has increased; and
WHEREAS, developers and local property owners have requested
review of- proposed development through the Century.Freeway Housing -- - -
Replacement Program within redevelopment Project Areas; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that BCL Associates, Inc. is
a qualified planning consultant which can supply expertise needed to
assist the Agency regarding review of proposed developments within
redevelopment Project Areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does hereby
resolve:
SECTION 1 : The Agreement between the Lynwood Redevelopment
Agency and BCL Associates, Inc. for planning services is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The Chairman is authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement.
