A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN IMPROVE-
MENTS ARE BENEFICIAL TO THE ALAMEDA PRO -
JECT AND APPROVING A REIMBURSEMENT AGREE-
MENT WITH ECONOMIC RESOURCES CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency desires to make
certain public improvements in the Alameda Redevelopment Project
Area to support an expansion of the .Watts Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, said public improvements are of benefit to the
Alameda Project Area and to the redevelopment thereof in accordance
with the Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency desires to accom-
plish these public improvements as soon as possible and Economic
Resources Corporation agrees to accept reimbursement from the Agency
in order to complete said improvements; and
WHEREAS, no other reasonable means of financing said improve-
ments are available to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has given
its consent to the Agency to enter into said Agreement:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does hereby
resolve:
SECTION 1 : It is hereby found and determined, pursuant
to Health and Safety Code Section 33445, that the proposed public
— - improvements -are of benefit to the Alameda Redevelopment Project
Area and that no other reasonable means of financing are available
to the community.
SECTION 2. The Reimbursement Agreement attached hereto as
Exh4:bit A is hereby approved and the Chairman is authorized and
directed to execute said Agreement.
