LRA RESOLUTION NO. 82 -15
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency has initiated
its Redevelopment Project Area "A" within the City; and
WHEREAS, development of the Project Area "A" Commercial
Center Site would provide new jobs in an area which is economically
depressed, would generate new tax revenues, and would serve as a
catalyst for significant additional economic development activities
in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City and Agency require assistance in
analyzing the development potential of Project Area "A ", and in
examining various financing mechanisms; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that the Consultant
is qualified by training and experience to perform the needed
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Agency enter
into an Agreement with Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., to provide
the City and Agency with an analysis of the development potential
of Project Area "A ".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman execute the
above mentioned Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
