A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
' AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
ALMOND CREEK`OUILDING COMPANY FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF
MERGING AND /OR AMENDING EXISTING PROJECT
AREAS.
I
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency has initiated
the Alameda and Area "A" Redevelopment Project Areas; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency is limited in
its ability to finance projects in the different project areas; and
WHEREAS, greater financial flexibility may be obtained by
merging project areas; and
WHEREAS, the feasibility of long -range development projects
may require an amendment to existing project areas to include addi-
tional properties in the City of Lynwood which are not now part of
existing project areas
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lynwood Redevelop-
ment Agency enter into an Agreement with Almond Creek Building Company,
to provide consulting services to determine the feasibility of merg-
ing and /or amending existing project areas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman execute the above
mentioned Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1 5th day of
June , 1982.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency, do hereby certify that the above
and foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the said
Agency at a regular meeting thereof held
in the City Hall of the City of Lynwood on the 15th
