LRA RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82 -25
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO
AMEND ITS AGREEMENT WITH BCL ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, development activity in Redevelopment Project Areas
has increased; and
WHEREAS, developers and local. property owners have requested
review of proposed development through the Century Freeway Housing
Replenishment Program within Redevelopment Project Areas; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined the BCL Associates, Inc. is
a qualified planning Consultant which can supply expertise needed
to assist the Agency regarding review of proposed developments within
Redevelopment Project Areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does here -
by,resolve:
Section 1 : The Amendment to the Agreement between the Lyn-
wood Redevelopment Agency and BCL Associates, Inc. for planning
services is hereby approved.
Section 2: The Chairman is authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of
August , 1982.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Lynwood
