LRA RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
TO AMEND AN AGREEMENT WITH KATZ, HOLLIS, COREN AND
ASSOCIATES FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency needs to insure
sound financial planning to implement the Redevelopment Plans for
Project Area " A " and the Alameda Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency requires the assistance of a qualified finan-
cial consultant to develop sound financial plans; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that the Consultant is
qualified by training and experience to perform the needed services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Agency amend its
Agreement with Katz, Hollis, Coren and Associates, Inc., a California
Corporation, for financial consulting services.
SECTION 1: The amendment shall increase the maximum allowable
compensation from $10,000 to $20,000.
SECTION 2: The Chairman shall execute the above mentioned
Agreement amendment on behalf of the Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of
AUGUST , 1982.
