RESOLUTION NO. LRA -82 -30
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING PROCEDURES
FOR EMERGENCY WARRANTS AND AMENDMENTS TO BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency recognizes the possibility
of the need to issue emergency warrants; and
WHEREAS, the Agency may not fully anticipate necessary legitimate
expenditures during its annual budget process; and
WHEREAS, the Agency Treasurer has determined the need for procedures
to issue emergency warrants and to make amendments to the LRA budget when
expenditures are expected to exceed previously budget amounts:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 . To designate the Executive Director of the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency as the individual who may authorize the issuance of
emergency warrants in the interim, and all warrants so authorized and issued
will be included on the next regularly scheduled warrant resolution submitted
for Council approval.
SECTION 2 . To adopt a procedure for making budget amendments
identical to the system employed by the City of Lynwood.
APPROVED, ADOPTED AND PASSED this 21st day of September ,
1982.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Lynwood
