A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DESIGNATING
THE SECRETARY AND TREASURER THEREOF
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 78 -3, the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency amended Section 201 of its by -laws to
provide that the Secretary and Treasurer of the Agency shall
be appointed by the Agency members; and
WHEREAS, the Agency wishes to appoint Andrea Hooper
and Sandra Chapek as the Secretary and Treasurer, respectively,
of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does
hereby resolve that Andrea Hooper and Sandra Chapek are appointed
to the offices of Secretary and Treasurer, respectively, of the
Lynwood Redevelopment Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this
November 1982.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency, do hereby certify that the above
