A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
DIRECTING PURCHASE OF A MICRO- COMPUTER AND _DEVELOP-
MENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency determines that there is a
need to increase staff efficiency by improving information systems;
and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency does not now have access to
computer services to do word procesing and to manage data for
reporting and analysis.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 : That the Executive Director of the Lynwood Redevelop-
ment Agency is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a con-
tract for the purchase of a micro - computer to develop information
systems, at a cost not to exceed $8,700.
Section 2 : That subject to a similar directing resolution of
the Lynwood City Council the computer system will be used for City
program operations and the City will share in 25% of the costs of
the system.
Section 3 : That subject to other federal and state government
approvals for expenditure of Community Development Block Grant and
Proposition "A" Transit Tax Funds, the computer system will be used
to support those programs administered by the City, and those fund-
ing sources will pay fort,a•fgir portion of total system costs.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency, do hereby certify that the above
