LRA RESOLUTION NO. LRA 82 -38
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVI14C LEASES WITH SURE GRIP INTERNATIONAL
AND LYNWOOD PATTERN SERVICE FOR PORTIO14S OF THE PROPERTY
AT 11221 PEACH STREET AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION BY THE
CHAIRMAN.
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood has
approved the purchase of property at 11221 Peach Street, in Project
Area "A "; and
WHEREAS, at the close of escrow Sure Grip International and
Lynwood Pattern Service desire to lease a portion of the property;
and
WHEREAS, the Agency is willing to lease portions of the property
until such time as the property is required for redevelopment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Lynwood that:
Section 1 : The draft leases attached as Exhibit "A" between
the Agency and Sure Grip International and between the Agency and Lyn-
wood Pattern Service are hereby approved.
Section 2 : That the Chairman is hereby authorized to execute
final leases, incorporating minor revisions from the draft, pending re-
view and approval by Agency Counsel.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2 nd day ofN ovember , 1982.
