AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MIDDLESEX COUNTY AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
FOR HAZARDOUS NLaTERIALS COST RECOVERY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Ntayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Middlesex County for Hazardous Materials Cost Recovery.
Adopted this 20 day of January, 2013
and certified as a true copy of the
