A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR THE OPERATION OF A BONA FIDE RESTAURANT WITH ON -SALE
LIQUOR AT 3539 EAST CENTURY BOULEVARD, LYNWOOD.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Lyn-
wood, pursuant to law, held a public hearing on January 10, 1984, to
consider the requested Conditional Use Permit,
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency has carefully
analyzed the proposed project,
WHEREAS, Lynwood Redevelopment Agency review and approval
is required of conditional uses in redevelopment project areas.
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows
Section 1 . That the requested Conditional Use Permit is in
accord with the goals and objectives of the Redevelopment Plan.
Section 2 . That the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency hereby con-
curs with the conditions of approval imposed by the Planning Commission
on January 10, 1984.
Section 3 . That the Agency Secretary shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall deliver a certified copy there-
of to the Planning Director.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency, do hereby certify that the above
and foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the said
Agency at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held
in the City Hall of the City of Lynwood on the 24th
day of January 1984, and passed by the following
vote:
