A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF,
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency entered into an
Agreement with Willdan Associates on July 5, 1983, for the provision
of planning services, and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency desires to obtain
a higher, level of services from Willdan Associates not covered under
the terms and conditions of the existing Agreement:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does
hereby resolve as follows
That the attached AMENDMENT to the AGREEMENT between the
Lynwood Redevelopment Agency and Willdan Associates, dated July 5,
1983, is approved, subject to such changes as are approved by the
General Counsel, and the Chairman is authorized to execute said
AMENDMENT.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of
February 1984.
