AGENCY APPROVING A PROMI95ORY NOTE DUF 1(I
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ANT) AUTHORIZ[NG THE
CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency finds a need to
borrow the amount of $1 "A.Unu."O for administrative e•;penses and
overhead: and
WHEREAS, the Cit./ of Lynwood hos ?pnrnved a loan in the
amount of $100.000.00 to the Agencv.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lvnwnnd Redevelopment Agency does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section_1 That a Promissory Not in the amount of
�100,V�0. ! payable to the City of Lvnwnnd is hereby approved,
Section — ^ That the Chairman is hereby authorized to
execute.
