BE IT ORDAINED that Section 246-5 (21) (a) shall be amended to read:
Thc property owner requesting the voluntary remo,~al of said tree shall,
prior to its removal, post a fee of Eighty Dollars ($8000) with the Director
of Parks and Recreation
