A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY DESIGNATING THE TREASURER
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 78 -3, the Lynwood Re-
development Agency amended Section 201 of its Bylaws to
provide that the Secretary and Treasurer of the Agency shall
y- be appointed by the Agency members, and
WHEREAS, the Agency wishes to appoint the City
Treasurer as Treasurer of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows
Section 1. The City Treasurer is appointed to the
office of Treasurer of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of
September , 1984.
