RESOLUTION NO. 72 -471 PC
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING A
MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS IN ONE CONDI-
TIONAL USE PERMIT CASE-NO: 69 -285
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission does hereby
find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the owners of certain real property
located in the City of Temple City, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, located at 9831 East
Las Tunas Drive in said City, more particularly
described as:
Lots 69 and 70, Tract No. 6561, Book 72, Pages
34 -35 of Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State of
California.
have heretofore filed an application for a modifi-
cation of conditions as heretofore imposed in
Conditional Use Permit Case No. 69 -285, to expand
and refinish existing drive -in restaurant facilities;
and
(b) That the Planning Commission conducted
a duly noticed public hearing on such application,
that said hearing was duly closed; and
(c) That based upon the evidence adduced at
said hearing, the Planning Commission files and
applicable staff reports, and each member of the
Commission being familiar with the site, said
Commission determines that the facts required by
Section 9232 of the Temple City Zoning Ordinance
were present and therefore the modification of
conditions should be granted.
SECTION 2. That the application for modification of
conditions hereinabove described be and the same is hereby
granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the development of the subject property shall be
substantially in accordance with Exhibits "A ", "B' and "C "; and
2. That all applicable City regulations shall be complied
with; and
3. That all other conditions heretofore imposed in
Resolution 69 -333PC shall remain in fell force and effect as
specifically modified or superceded herein; and

4. That the applicant shall file, or cause to be filed,
with the. City Clerk, a document which the City may record,
which shall acknowledge that the owner of the subject property
is aware of and accepts the conditions set forth in paragraphs
1. through 3 above, and that the subject property, regardless of
any change in ownership, is bound by and subject to the provisions
of the resolution granting the modification of the conditional
use permit and the conditions contained therein.
SECTION 3. The Sedetary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City
at a regular meeting held on the 26th day of September, 1972,
by the following vote of the Planning Commission:
