J_ I NOTICE: MEDINA ORDINANCE NO. 262 ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TIONS 826.07, SUED. 49 AND 826.17 THROUGH 826.33 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO HOME OCCUPATIONS The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as Follows: SECTION I. Sections 825.07, Subd. 49 and 826.17 through 826.33 of the Medina Code of Ordinances are amended by deleting the ciricker- material and adding the undue ined material as follows: Section 825.07. The major purpose of this district l to allow the continuation of existing r8si dential development and in filling of exist- ing lots in the older residential areas of the City where central sewer and water systems are available. 826.29. Permitted Uses. Within any, Urban Residential District, no structure) or land shall be used except for one or more of the following uses: Subd. 1. Single family detached resi- dence. Subd. 2. Community center. Subd. 3. Public recreation. Subd. 4. Essential services. Subd S. A State Licensed Community . Subd. 3. Fences. Subd. 4. Gardening and other horticul- tural uses where no sale of products is conducted on the site. Subd. 5. Recreation equipment. Subd. 6.
