MURA held a special meeting on January 27, 2011 to reject all bids for the sundial project. The project will be rebid and close on Feb. 18. The next meeting is February 22, 2011 at
8 am. The Agency representatives attended a land auction for the purchase of 1133 E. Lake Street (Huckleberry Corner). The min. bid was $465,000 and there were no bids so the auction
was closed.

The HPC has been working on a walking tour brochure of historic properties, and a series of articles on McCall’s early history for the centennial celebration. The first article was
released in January.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Finished creating the Questionnaire for the GIS Needs assessment that will go out to all department heads and supervisors prior to face to face meetings. Worked with some local surveyors
to help them create data in a format that would be compatible with the city GIS system for digital plat submission. Working on refining the address point and Roads layer. Produced a
number of custom maps for departments.

EECBG Energy Audits and Retrofits
Roof retrofit is complete. Lighting retrofit at Public Works is complete. Lighting retrofits underway at City Hall, Police Station, Legion Hall, Airport, Recreation, and Annex. HVAC
bid awarded to Maximum Heating and Plumbing and work will begin in February.

REEZ Solar Grant
New RFQ for the project was released on December 23rd and responses are due January 14th. Two proposals were received. The REEZ Selection Committee met on January 25 to evaluate and
rank the proposals. The Aurora Power and Design scored the highest. Staff worked with e selected firm on a contract. Project is expected to start shortly after the award of contract.
